2. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The Psynapse B (Void Tech) experience is designed for teams of 3 to 7 participants.
2. The recommended minimum age is 10 years. Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. The experience lasts approximately 100 minutes.
4. Participants are required to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled booking time. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in a reduced playing time or cancellation of the session without refund.
5. The experience does not require physical strength or any special skills.
6. References to clinical studies, laboratories, medicines and experiments are part of the fictional storyline and immersive atmosphere of the game and do not represent real medical activities.
7. Photography, filming and audio/video recording inside the experience are strictly prohibited.
8. The premises are monitored by audio and video surveillance solely for participant safety and the proper operation of the experience.
9. Personal belongings must be stored in the designated lockers or storage areas.
10. Entry may be refused, without refund, to participants under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
11. Aggressive, abusive or unsafe behaviour towards staff or other participants will result in the immediate termination of the experience.
12. Participants suffering from photosensitive epilepsy, claustrophobia or any other medical condition incompatible with this type of experience participate entirely at their own risk.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all Company premises.
3. BOOKINGS
1. Bookings may be made online through the dedicated Psynapse B page or by telephone.
2. Every booking is confirmed by e-mail.
3. If the confirmation e-mail has not been received, customers are advised to check their Spam/Junk folder or contact THE VOID ENTERPRISE S.R.L. using the contact details provided on the Contact page.
4. Bookings may be reconfirmed by telephone or e-mail on the day of the scheduled experience.
4. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
1. Online payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments on behalf of THE VOID ENTERPRISE S.R.L.
2. By completing the payment, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use the payment card and that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

5. PARTICIPATION RULES
1. Participants must follow all instructions provided by the Game Master.
2. Damaging the scenery, game mechanisms or equipment is strictly prohibited.
3. Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or removed from the experience without refund.
4. Food and beverages are not permitted during the experience.
6. GIFT VOUCHERS
1. A gift voucher becomes valid once payment has been confirmed.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. Gift vouchers may only be used for experiences organised by THE VOID ENTERPRISE S.R.L., specifically the Psynapse B (Void Tech) experience.
4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable after expiration.
